Elon Musk Changes Daughter's Name From Justine Musk to Vivian Jenna Wilson
The former Tesla CEO and SpaceX co-founder has officially changed his daughter's name to Vivian Jenna Wilson. Elon Musk's former wife‚ Justine Wilson‚ was the mother of the five children born to the pair. Earlier this year‚ she filed a petition for a legal gender change. The gender change has been granted and the case is now headed to court. The announcement came on the heels of Elon Musk's recent tweet. According to documents obtained by PEOPLE‚ she is also seeking to have her gender recognized and a new certificate of birth to reflect these changes. She wrote a brief statement about Gender Identity‚ and that she no longer wants to be related to her biological father in any form or manner. Vivian‚ the 49-year old Canadian author Justine shares five children with Vivian‚ the 50-yearold Canadian businessman who is also the wealthiest man in the entire world. In 2002‚ their first child died tragically at 10 weeks from sudden infant mortality syndrome.
They split in 2008 after they tied the knot in 2000.
