The incident is under investigation, but detectives have developed probable cause to arrest the suspect. Detectives have contacted the estranged husband of the victim, Robert Segobia, and he has since turned himself into police.
According to police, a man was killed Friday after being shot at near Campbell and 91st avenues in Phoenix. Phoenix Police Department identified Hector Antillon Acosta as the victim, aged 41. The shooting occurred just before 4:00 p.m. Police were notified of it by the victims. Police arrived on the scene to find Antillon suffering from gunshot wounds. Antillon died after sustaining injuries at a hospital. Police arrested Robert Segobia (39), after an investigation. According to police, Segobia was taken into Maricopa County Jail.
