
Road Rage Incident in Flagler County
A Florida man is in hot water after being caught on camera swinging a knife at another motorcyclist. Police say the driver of a Toyota stepped out in front of the motorcyclist‚ slashed at him‚ and then fled the scene. The motorcyclist‚ who has a concealed weapons permit‚ responded by pulling his firearm. The driver backed away‚ but Rivera didn't. The sheriff's Office reports that Rafael Vincent Rivera‚ 50 years old‚ and Rafael Vincent Rivera (motorcyclist) got into an argument when Rivera disconnected the motorcyclist. Witnesses claimed that Rivera threatened the motorcyclist after he exited his truck carrying a knife. Rivera back. A passenger recorded the incident and showed it to police. Rivera was arrested by Flagler County Police on suspicion of aggravated assault using a deadly weapon.
